are shipped mainly from the PA or UT warehouses depending on availability
and customer location.
Note: Recently
some people and organizations have been confusing us as a part of the DAS/Roadpro
company.
We are NOT associated with DAS / Roadpro in any way other than as an
independent reseller of the products they supply for sale
to the general public and through other resale outlets. We assume no
warranties, product liability and/or any other liabilities associated
with the products other than our standard 30 day replacement warranty for
any defective merchandise.

Requirement
Due to increased shipping, handling and processing charges .....
orders for less than $15 total
(not including shipping charges) will not be processed.
Our prices are figured for the minimum charge, therefore we need to have a
minimum to cover warehouse processing charges.
This also allows us to offer more smaller cost items to our product line.
Orders for less than $15 can be processed for a $4 additional processing
fee.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY
All products we sell are new and carry a full manufacturer's
warranty. (See below)
J&S Distributors warranties for 30 days from
invoice date providing no abuse has occurred.
Items damaged during installation, improper use or partially used will not be accepted.
Defective returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. Cash
refunds issued only at OUR APPROVAL.
Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. J&S Distributors will not
accept any COD shipments
Re-stocking charge of up to 20% may apply to any non-defective items that
may be authorized for return.
J&S Distributors will only accept return of products purchased from J&S
Distributors.
CALL OR E-MAIL FOR RETURN
AUTHORIZATION
You must receive authorization (RMA#) before returning any item
or it will not
be accepted.
Returns must be received at our location (above) within 10 days after authorization
is approved.
ALL returns are subject to a careful inspection upon return. All
products being returned must be 100% complete.
Even if opened, the original packing must be included and any accessories,
parts, manuals, instructions, warranties, or any
documentation
included with the purchased item(s) must also accompany the
return of merchandise.
Manufacturer will deduct from us on incomplete returns, therefore,
we
will deduct credit for missing/incomplete items.
Original invoice, or copy thereof, with return item(s) indicated and reason
for item return must be enclosed.
Product(s) being returned must be properly packaged in proper shipping
container/carton.
Any packages that have improper labeling and/or signs of having been tampered
with will be rejected.
Products must have original bar code and/or serial numbers.
All product
labels (name, brand, UL listing, etc) must be intact.
Any items that have security seals that are broken, loose or show signs of
tampering will be returned to sender.
Items that show signs of tampering, alteration, taken apart or have
missing components/parts/accessories
will be returned.
Any consumable type of merchandise (ie. additives, chemicals,
bottled/canned merchandise, etc.) is not returnable.
Any digital media
and/or software is not returnable. Return of electronics is limited to DOA
(defective on arrival) merchandise.
Personal use items, such as
health & grooming products, toiletries, bedding, etc. will not be returnable
if package is opened.
Due to manufacturer guidelines, some products are not
eligible for return.
ALL of the above criteria must be met or return of merchandise will
be denied
and no replacement or credit will be granted..
Descriptions and specifications of products are those supplied by the
manufacturer
and J&S does not accept responsibility
for manufacturer's errors, warranties (expressed or implied)
or any
non-accurate description, specification
or claims of usability by the manufacturer.
Changes in product photos may
change without notice, such as color(s) or design.
Returns SHOULD be fully insured by you when returning an item. We also
suggest you use a carrier that uses
a tracking system for your shipment. This is for your protection.
J&S Distributors shall not be responsible for any
items that are lost or damaged during transit that you ship.
Postage/shipping
charges for returned items
are customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
ROADPRO / DAS
PRODUCTS:
After 30 days from invoice, products must be shipped to:
RoadPro Returns, 1875 Zeager Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022,
freight prepaid
and your product will be repaired
or a replacement will be sent back at no additional charge.
Call 1-800-233-7009 for return authorization.
ROADPRO supplies 90 Day Limited Warranty providing no abuse has been
incurred.

Any breakage of product upon
receipt must IMMEDIATELY be reported to the DELIVERY SERVICE
and incomplete, wrong item and/or improper shipments must be reported
immediately to J&S Distributors.
Any claims of missing items and/or wrong items shipped reported after seven
days from receipt
will not be honored. We have had people call after more than 70 days
to claim an item was missing ...NOT acceptable.
Your order normally ships directly from one of the DAS/RoadPro warehouses
and with a 99% fill rate,
your order is processed and shipped usually with 48 hours or less on
standard work days.
Any extra charges and all shipping/insurance/postage charges plus $3.00 minimum additional
handling fee
for any special or expedited shipping arrangements/methods other than standard
UPS Ground
Sales limited to the continental USA
All products shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes!
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are configured at a flat rate amount ... Based on the total
amount of your purchase.
Some heavy items and full case lots will require extra shipping charges.

J&S Distributors encourages the use of the PayPal payment service for secure

PayPal also has available (for an extra charge) a buyer's protection
buy-back option.
The printable order form can be used for fax and mail-in orders. It is not
intended for use as an online order form.
